This method can safely be used for the whole family to eliminate airborne and food allergies or sensitivities (adverse reactions that are not true allergies). How does NAET® work?
For a person with allergies, an allergen is perceived by the body as a threat to its well-being. It causes an irritation that triggers an immune response and that develops into an allergic reaction. NAET® works by reprograming how the immune and nervous systems respond to an allergen. Removing the inappropriate response and rebalancing the normal flow of energy decreases or eliminates the allergy symptoms.
NAET for Allergy Treatment Can be Compared to the Reset Button on Your Phone
Your phone sometimes does not function properly. When that happens we push the reset button to bring it back to its original healthy settings. NAET® is like a BODY RESET BUTTON returning it to its original healthy state so it responds optimally to your environment and foods.
Allergies or sensitivities are identified using a non-invasive Kinesiology Muscle Response Test (MRT), performed on your first visit. Diluted samples of allergens are held by the patient during the MRT to determine the patient’s response to various substances such as pollens, dust, pets, food, and environmental chemicals.
While the patient holds a vial containing the identified allergen, acupressure points along the spine are gently stimulated by light tapping. We will then apply acupressure or insert very fine acupuncture needles to specific points that regulate the immune and nervous systems response to the allergen. The process takes about 30 minutes
The number of treatments needed varies from person to person. It may depend on the severity of the allergy, and how many systems it effects in the body. Mild allergies can resolve with one or two treatments. More severe allergies may take up to three or four treatments to completely clear the allergic response from all body systems.
Depending on the health, lifestyle and stress of an individual, the benefits can last for many years or a lifetime. However, if your symptoms reoccur a treatment may be needed to reboost your system.
Generally, no. However, occasionally a patient may experience detox symptoms after treatment that worsen for a day or two while the body eliminates toxins. Changes in appetite, energy, sleep, emotions, or bowel patterns may occur. These should not be cause for concern, as they are indications that the treatment is working, and will subside on their own without complications.
